What The Job Entails
The UK National Manager will lead the establishment and ongoing success of the organisation’s operations throughout the United Kingdom. This senior leadership role holds full accountability for all aspects of UK business performance, including revenue growth, market expansion, operational delivery, clinical quality, and team leadership. The postholder will develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business, secure new partnerships, and enhance service offerings, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s global standards. They will be responsible for recruiting and managing a high-performing team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role demands a balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership to scale the business effectively while maintaining exceptional service quality and stakeholder engagement.
Key requirements / What we look for

Relevant clinical qualification (e.g. Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy)

Minimum 3–5 years senior clinical leadership experience

Proven track record in business development and scaling services

Strong commercial acumen with P&L management experience

Experience building and leading growing teams

Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills

Highly organised with attention to detail

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and a current driver’s licence
