Pure Healthcare Group are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Biomedical Science (BMS) division. Due to recent business wins and continued growth, we are expanding the team and are keen to speak with motivated individuals who have at least 1 year of recruitment experience in any sector.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within the Biomedical Science division, you will work closely with our sales team and play a key role in supplying skilled professionals to NHS and private healthcare organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Biomedical Science candidates for NHS and private hospitals
• Screening and qualifying candidates to ensure they meet client requirements
• Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Maintaining and developing the candidate and client database
• Negotiating competitive pay and charge rates
• Meeting and consulting with clients and candidates

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment
• Healthcare recruitment experience desirable but not essential
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• A customer-first attitude
